Analyze restaurant performance across regions, markets, trade areas, restaurant formats, building types, investment levels, and other attributes to identify the characteristics and trends associated with stronger financial returns. Partnering closely with Development, Operations, and Finance leadership, this role will evaluate where and how the business invests - from new restaurants and market expansion to remodels, relocations, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization.
