This role includes reviewing referrals for appropriateness (drug, dose, route, labs), completing new patient starts and refills, performing medication reconciliation and patient counseling, monitoring lab-dependent therapies, and coordinating care with providers and nursing. Additional responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, supporting production and delivery workflows, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely, safe medication dispensing and delivery in a fast-paced home infusion environment.
