ASQ Certified CQE, CMQ/OE, CSQP or CQA, Demonstrated success using Lean or Six Sigma tools methodologies, Experiences working with IFS ERP system, Working experience with FAR/DFAR compliance, Experience in a government contracting environment with DoD and non-DoD customers, Experienced with establishing cost estimation, Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma tools, DMAIC, PPAP, DFMEA, DOE, SPC, GR&R, CPk, EVMS, Risk &Opportunity Score Card etc. The position will require a strong collaboration and leadership skills as they will be required to work directly with our Customer and Supplier partners in a cross-functional team environment to sustain ongoing production deliveries of current contracts and develop supplier second sources.
