In communities with an Executive Director vacancy, serve as onsite executive for all operations, acting as contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public. Provide added support as needed to incumbent executive directors, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, training, leadership, and management coaching.
