The Business Services Representative is responsible for ensuring patient flow within the practice by performing all business functions such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, insurance verification, copay and point of service collections, pre-certifications, prior authorizations, referrals, chart prep, manage incoming and outgoing faxes as well as provide clerical support to providers and staff. Part of Trinity Health Of New England, we offer primary care, specialty care, surgery, urgent care, rehabilitation, and imaging and lab services for thousands of patients every year.
