The Service Team or Front of House is primarily responsible for administering the 7 steps of Service to every single guest within their assigned job while maintaining guest sensitivity, cleanliness, restocking, sanitation, uniform, safety, security, and company policy requirements. To prove his point that his burgers were exceptionally prime, he would wheel in a barrel of steaks (including round, sirloin, and T-bones) and grind the meat into burgers right before the guests.
