Overview: The General Maintenance Worker will perform general property maintenance, renovations, and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, heating, and cooling, within the residential group homes. Minimum of one (1) to (2) years or progressive responsibility and experience in maintenance, fleet and equipment, and/or facilities required; or equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the position.
