Main Duties & Responsibilities Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures Follow and promote The Terex Way Values Work on a wide array of equipment including: truck mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks and cranes Yearly company funded tool purchase program Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems Manage own schedule and support customers with repairs Utilize current technology to support everyday work functions Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Basic set of mechanical tools (sockets, wrenches, and battery-operated impact gun) A minimum of 2 years of experience working with heavy machinery and/or utility equipment Able to pass MVR 2+ years of Field Service experience Must be located within 60 miles of [location] Ability to obtain a DOT qualification Willingness to submit for pre-employment background check and drug screening Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 5+ years in a similar field Excellent communication skills both oral and written Background in customer service Experience with utility-type equipment Fluid Power Society certification Extensive knowledge of Terex Products: e.g Hi-Ranger, Telelect JLG or Genie experience Basic computer skills Work Environment Considerations: Must be willing to work varied hours, including evenings as necessary and be on the road three to four nights per week.
