As the Program Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Orthopedic Surgery residency program, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of education and training.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to residents, and contributing to the advancement of orthopedic surgery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the curriculum, conducting regular evaluations, as well as continuously assessing and improving the program. Additionally, you will collaborate with other faculty members to develop research opportunities and publish academic papers.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic surgery and significant clinical experience in the field. You should possess exceptional leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. The remaining sixty to seventy percent of the time will be allocated to traditional clinical practice (inpatient, outpatient, etc).</li><li>1:12 call rotation with 24/7 in-hospital PA coverage.</li><li>Private practice providing world-class orthopaedic care for over 70 years.</li><li>Sub-specialty practice with Shoulder, Sports Medicine, Spine, Adult Reconstruction, Hand, podiatry (nonoperative,) and Trauma.</li><li>Multiple revenue streams including high-volume, high-efficiency ASC (high ancillary income,) physical Therapy and Durable Medical Equipment.</li><li>14 Physicians, 19 PAs/NPs, 15 PT/Ots.</li><li>Hospital among top 5% of all U.S. Hospitals for patient care and outcomes.</li></ol>The approved hiring range is minimum $424,000 and maximum $1,000,000.00.Compensation Information: $424000.00 / Annually - $1000000.00 / Annually
