Manage the transition of new product launches into production by approving machine-ready product prints, ensuring adherence to project timelines, overseeing first production builds for quality and process validation, and training production operators to support a successful production release. Operating with full technical ownership at both workstation and machine level, you will set up, program, and operate multi-axis CNC milling centers (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) and multi-axis turning centers with live tooling, setup documentation, and perform complex machine shop work.
