Supports and assists sellers, using expert level knowledge in complex customer service processes and sales tools to audit and insure orders are received, priced accurately, entered, shipped and invoiced in a timely and accurate manner. This person will assist customers and vendors with telephone sales or service inquiries, provide sales and marketing communication with other associates, assist with order-entry, execute program sales, and manage electronic orders.
