This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field of study, and 12+ years of progressive experience in Treasury Management, Payments, Financial Services, Transaction Banking, or a related discipline, including significant experience leading client-facing operations, service delivery, onboarding, implementation, or support teams, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The Director partners closely with Treasury Sales, Product Management, Operations, Technology, and Market and Lines of Business Leadership to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, process improvement, risk management, and scalable growth while delivering exceptional service and support to treasury clients.
