The CSSO will respond to a variety of inquiries of complex and diverse problems using a comprehensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP, NISPOM, NISPOM SUP, DOD 5205.07 series, DOD 5200.01 series, ICD) and a complete and thorough understanding of established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding National Security Information. Must be able to effectively interface, influence, and counsel employees, managers, and external contacts; analyze and interpret data; initiate and plan projects; produce appropriate clear, concise and detailed documentation; and, present results to a variety of audiences.
