Responsibilities● Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors● Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers● Implement strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist● Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress● Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals. Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:● Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist● Certified as a BCBA or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis● Hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)● Have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, and either: ○ One (1) year of full-time experience in mental health direct services with children/youth○ Completed a clinical or mental health practicum.
