What You'll Do:Fit and issue rental equipment including boots, poles, helmets, and snowboardsExplain rental agreements clearly and professionallyKeep the rental area clean, organized, and welcomingProvide resort information to guests and help resolve guest concerns in an efficient and hospitable mannerMaintain a safe work environment and conduct equipment checksWhat We're Looking For:Previous customer service or rental experience is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to crouch, lift up to 25 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periodsComfortable working in a moderately noisy and occasionally chilly environmentMust be at least 16 years of ageA passion for skiing or snowboarding is a bonus! In this hands-on role, you'll assist guests with fitting and issuing ski and snowboard equipment, while providing friendly, knowledgeable service that makes their day on the slopes smooth and memorable.
