Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment including steam kettles, tilt skillets, speed racks, holding cabinets, Queen Mary carts, and other food service equipment. This position ensures that all dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment, and food service support items are properly cleaned, sanitized, stocked, and available to support efficient Food & Beverage operations.
