We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our statewide Neurosciences Triage Pod, providing exceptional telephone triage and clinical support to patients calling with symptoms and concerns related to Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). The RN utilizes clinical judgment, evidence-based triage protocols, and specialty knowledge to assess patient concerns, identify appropriate levels of care, provide patient education, and facilitate timely connection to the appropriate care team or service.
