Lead project pursuits and preconstruction strategy by participating in client interviews, RFP responses, presentations, conceptual estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, procurement planning, and development of GMP and lump sum proposals. Drive project execution and operational performance by partnering with field leadership to monitor schedule, procurement, quality, constructability, risk, and project controls while proactively resolving issues that impact project success.
