As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
