Administrative and Procurement Services provides coordination, monitoring, and leadership in the areas of Facilities Maintenance and Usage, Construction and Renovation, Plant Management, Auxiliary Services, Sustainability, Capital Planning and Development, Capital Facilities Funding, Safety and Security, Procurement of Goods and Services, Minority and Women-Owned Business Utilization Program, Mail Services, and Reprographics Services and Copy Centers. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Capital Planning and Construction, the Director of Sustainability and Energy Management ensures CCC's compliance with all sustainability and energy performance related reporting requirements and provides expertise and leadership in developing strategies and implementing initiatives that advance the District's sustainability and energy efficiency goals.
