Operate and perform regular maintenance/minor repairs on grounds maintenance equipment such as hedge trimmers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, line trimmers, mowers, tractors, UTVs, ATVs, trucks, or pruning saws. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the estate landscape safety, cleanliness, and beauty, specifically in assigned areas such as sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, nursery, or other grounds features.
