The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and plant leadership team, providing expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, compliance, leadership coaching, change management, and culture building. As the first dedicated HR resource onsite, the HRBP will serve as both a strategic business partner and an operational HR leader, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle while helping shape and sustain the high-performance, people-focused culture that defines Swegon North America.
