Education • High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, courier operations, healthcare operations, supply chain, dispatch, or a related operational field; OR • Associate degree in business, supply chain, logistics, transportation, healthcare administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible related experience; OR • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible related experience. Provides frontline leadership for a large union-represented courier workforce across multiple sites within the region, and ensures the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of laboratory specimens, pharmaceuticals, supplies, mail and documents, equipment, sterile instrumentation, temperature-sensitive materials, and other approved healthcare materials.
