This role works closely with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, sales, customer service, purchasing, and shipping teams to schedule shipments, provide freight quotes, track orders, and communicate shipment status updates. The Logistics Coordinator also verifies shipment accuracy, resolves transportation issues, maintains shipping records, and provides excellent customer service while supporting the continuous improvement of Rytec's logistics and transportation operations.
