Supervisors support athletic events, festivals, concerts, private events, and other special events by leading event staff, managing guest entry and access control, monitoring event flow, and helping resolve issues quickly and professionally. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying calm under pressure, and making sure guests, clients, staff, and event partners receive excellent customer service from arrival through departure.
