p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. • Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner • Interacts with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty • Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints • Assist guests with their ticket locations, keep guests in ticketed areas only, be familiar with all passes and credentials, remain in assigned areas and keep aisle and walkways clear at all times • Be knowledgeable of venue layout • Performs other related duties as assigned.
