Ability to properly and safely operate trash compactor, tractors, mowers, truck with snowplow, salter, skid loader, other utility vehicles, and general lawn care equipment. Basic knowledge and ability to operate various types of hand tools, power tools, ladders, safety equipment, man lift, forklift, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop.
