Monitor and maintain common areas by sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and operating equipment such as floor scrubbers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and power washers. Ability to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, walk, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, navigate stairs, and use a ladder, with the ability to stand throughout shifts.
