Prepares dirty trays, plates, glasses, silverware etc for dishwashing, operates dish machine correctly, check and records water temps/takes corrective action as appropriate, keeps machine clean/polished and well maintained. Sets up tray line and assembles trays for meal service in a timely manner with attention to diet orders, select menus, food and beverage preferences, eye appeal, and food quality while keeping talk to a minimum during assembly.
