The Restaurant Runner is responsible for maintaining and keeping all stations replenished with necessary stock (placemats, napkins, silverware, china, and glassware), and clearing all dirty dishes, soiled linen, (etc) in a timely manner to enhance total guest environment. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.
