A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns. - Operates mowers and string trimmers in trimming greens, collars, tees, around trees, fence lines, banks and hillsides; edges cart paths, sprinkler heads, valve boxes, and Kirby markers; edges, rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
The Greenskeeper, under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, is to perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; do semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate small hand-powered equipment; and occasionally perform work involving large equipment such as tractors, loaders and large mowers.
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed.
- Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
