Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager which may include picking up trash, clean dumpster areas, trash rooms and trash chutes, blowing the parking area and sidewalks, removing debris, power washing, etc. Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members, other departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
