The Ridge is currently seeking a Program Manager to work on-site at our programs in Milton, NH The ideal candidate will be able to support youth, young adults, and families throughout their stay within our residential treatment center by providing hope, and inspiration while demonstrating expert levels of empathy and understanding, and support to our executive clinical leadership. With over 15 unique locations, we manage and support 500+ dedicated employees serving over 300 residential clients daily located across five states: California, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, and Texas.
