Our Assistant Site Leaders are expected to lead from the front - working alongside the team, engaging with guests, coaching in the moment, solving problems, staying organized, and helping create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and guests enjoy coming to wash their cars. The Assistant Site Leader should be a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, building a strong team, solving problems, and creating an environment where guests want to return and team members want to succeed.
