Demonstrates thorough knowledge of repair procedures practices related to drywall, wall coverings, carpentry, plumbing devices, electrical work, painting, door hardware, lock cylinders, drain blockage, and general building and machine repairs as monitored by managers and team leaders. Demonstrates ability to effectively use and instruct in the proper use of test equipment required for building repairs and maintenance (i.e. VOM/Ohm Meter, electronic receptacle analyzer, safety testing equipment, infrared devices, etc.).
