The Director, Human Resources- Client Services directs the day-to-day operations of the HR Client Services function, including the delivery of client-based services, administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR programs at the University of Miami The Director, Human Resources- Client Services provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development and ensures adherence with all employment legislation and regulations. Establishes and maintains positive, productive, and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support an engaged and inclusive culture that advances the University of Miami's mission, vision, strategic objectives, and business goals.
