Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods; must be able to walk frequently; must be able to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, and use controls, equipment, and tools; must be able to reach with hands and arms; vision must be sufficient to see close up, and must have the ability to adjust focus; and must have the ability to regularly lift 15 - 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and transport it. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain facilities according to task schedule, including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping & mopping floors, dusting, washing windows and mirrors, stocking bathrooms, polishing furniture, cleaning common areas, maintaining trash & recycling containers.
