As an Access Control Officer at a shelter location, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to security-related concerns. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or service providers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
