The person in this position serves as the primary contact within the Technical Documentation Engineering team in fielding questions from other departments, including customer service, technical support, production, repairs, field service, while also collaborating closely with Purchasing, Production, Inventory, and Engineering to support part number and BOM creation, population, and editing. POSITION SUMMARY: The Technical Documentation Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for all control documentation, including change request forms (CRF), engineering change notices (ECN), product deviation notices (PDN), and item request forms (IRF).
