Position Summary: Reporting to the Project Manager or Supervisor, the Laborer is responsible for performing work-related opportunities that allow people who have different abilities to work with integrated teams and receive work support and development as needed-achieving the highest level of independence possible. Frequently standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and twisting while mowing, trimming, blowing, raking, pruning, planting, and performing other related grounds maintenance duties.
