The Journeyman III serves as a technical expert in the field, modeling professionalism, craftmanship, and coordinating daily work and maintaining adherence to Kearney Electric's Pathways to Excellence mission and core values of Trust, Team, Grit, and Growth. This position acts as a lead on assigned projects, providing direction to apprentices, helpers, and lower-level journeymen to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all electrical work.
