Support 3-4 schools by: building the math content knowledge and coaching skills of leadership teams, directly leading content team meetings for teachers, engaging in the instructional coaching cycles with LT members, and a select group of teachers, and working with school teams to analyze data (primarily iReady and unit assessment data) to drive instructional decision making. Who We Are KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a nonprofit organization that operates 20 tuition-free, open-enrollment charter public schools, within 17 Local Education Agencies (LEA), educating more than 10,000 students and supporting 8,300 alumni to and through college and beyond.
