Essential Duties and Responsibilities Haul, block and launch boats Perform general boat maintenance and service work to include, but not limited to: waxing, bottom painting and zinc replacement Work closely with the Yard Foreman and assist fellow crewmembers as needed Operate yard machinery including 75-Ton Travelift, 35-Ton hydraulic trailer, forklift, power washer, etc. As a fast-growing company, SHM cultivates a team dynamic of passionate individuals led by the sharpest minds in the industry in order to serve the vibrant boating community that encompasses the SHM network.
