Maintains a variety of floor coverings, washes windows, cleans restrooms and replenishes supplies, moves office equipment and furniture, replaces light bulbs, maintains security of assigned building, empties waste containers and removes all trash to disposal areas, dusts, and vacuums upholstered furniture. Physical Demands: Regularly required to climb; bend body and legs; move about on hands and knees; use hands, arms, and fingers to reach, handle, seize, hold, grasp or turn objects, and exert 50 to 100 pounds of forces occasionally, or 25 to 50 pounds frequently, or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
