Drive cross-functional product initiatives and platform enhancements by translating business needs into executable solutions, defining target-state operating models, coordinating stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Treasury, and Front Office teams, and ensuring successful implementation and integration within the Bank. Lead the evaluation, design, implementation, and enhancement of investment and balance sheet products, including mutual funds, structured products, certificates of deposit (CDs), time deposits, money market solutions, lending products, and bespoke client solutions.
