Building Engineering & Systems Operations: Monitor, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all major building systems including electrical distribution, HVAC equipment, chilled water systems (where applicable), plumbing, mechanical equipment, pumps, pool equipment, irrigation systems, generators, and life safety systems. The Engineer is responsible for the operation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of all major building systems, including electrical, HVAC equipment, pumps, pool systems, elevators, plumbing infrastructure, and other mechanical equipment.
