At least one qualifying application shall demonstrate two or more of the following characteristics, with at least one characteristic drawn from items 1, 2, or 4: multiple screens or multiple distinct forms; conditional or role-based application behaviour; custom validation or business logic beyond default source-system field or column rules; reading from or writing to more than one data source, table, or structured data entity; use of variables, collections, reusable components, or comparable application logic supporting the operational workflow. Transition, Documentation, and Knowledge Transfer: Demonstrated experience within the last five years, including at least one qualifying example within the last three years, documenting and transferring a SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or integrated Microsoft 365 solution for continued operation, administration, or maintenance by another developer, administrator, support team, platform owner, or operational organization.
