Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with a high level of care and professionalism · Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting customer homes and property · Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction with delivered products · Document and report damaged or missing items and escalate customer concerns as needed · Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions · Support showroom operations by merchandising, moving, and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays · Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom and help maintain accurate product placement · Support warehouse activities including receiving, staging, and organizing merchandise · Assist with customer account follow-ups, collection efforts, and authorized repossessions in compliance with company policies · Operate delivery vehicles safely, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance needs · Assess and document service issues, capturing detailed information and communicating findings to management · Perform other duties as assigned. · High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered · Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record · Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles · Ability to lift and carry 10–100+ pounds regularly · Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and pull frequently · Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions · Ability to navigate routes using maps or GPS · Availability for full-time work, including weekends as needed.
