Cleans floors, walls, windows, lavatory fixtures, stairs, and doors using brooms, dust mops, heavy wet mops, brushes, and sponges; Operates buffing machine to remove or renew wax finishes; Empties trash containers; Replaces and removes light bulbs; Performs manual labor related to building operations; Notifies supervisor of cleaning supplies inventory; Makes minor repairs; Moves office furniture and equipment; Makes deliveries and runs errands; Transports supplies and materials; Performs other related duties as assigned. This is accomplished by completing minor repairs using basic hand tools, changing light bulbs, moving furniture and heavy boxes, general janitorial duties, pressure washing; stripping and waxing floors; and other tasks as assigned.
