Scrapes, rinses, loads, unloads, and stores dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils and maintains clean, safe, and organized ware-washing, kitchen, prep, and storage areas, including routine sanitation of work surfaces. Supports culinary operations by assisting with the transport, setup, and breakdown of food, supplies, and equipment across campus locations as needed.
